Turkey Panini Recipe

Turkey Panini

Ingredients:

2 oz roasted or fried turkey
2 slices whole grain bread
1 tablespoon mayonnaise 
1 slice american or cheddar cheese
2 tomato slices, thinly sliced
2 tablespoon diced white onion
2 teaspoons butter

Directions:

1. Spread mayo on 1 slice of bread, then place cheese slice on mayo
2. On the second slice, Stack tomato slices, cover with diced onion, then spread the turkey evenly on top.
3. Place other slice of bread w/ cheese on top of the meat side
4. Spread butter on the outside of the sandwich on both sides
5. In a skillet, cook on medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown.

Tips:

Make sure cheese melts in the cooking process!
